I don't receive Email

Please follow the below procedures.

1. Please verify the registered email account and ensure it is correct.
2. Please check the spam folder in the email system to search the email.
3. Whitelist ParamountDax email in your email server.

Please add the below accounts into your whitelist:

• do-not-reply@paramountdax.com
• donotreply@directmail.paramountdax.com
• do-not-reply@post.paramountdax.com
• do-not-reply@sendgrid.paramountdax.com
• do_not_reply@mailer.paramountdax.com
• notifications@post.paramountdax.com

4. Ensure that the email client works normally.
5. It is recommended to use Gmail, Outlook, and QQ email service.
