Making a deposit - step by step

1. Go to your Founds page and in founds section just click the "Deposit" button.
2. Find the currency (use "Search" ) and hit the button in the "Deposit". This will generate your wallet address.
3. Copy and paste or use the QR Code this address at a third party service to initiate a transaction.
4. Copy and paste your Payment ID/tag to a separate field before initiating a transaction (for certain coins only).

Payment ID

Some coins have additional identifier fields generally called Payment ID/Tag (e.g. DestinationTag for XRP, Message for XEM).

It is crucial not to forget to insert this data to a separate field when sending a deposit. In case you haven't done it could go back, it would be necessary to contact our support.

Important: Do not forget that each asset in your account has a separate unique address. It’s not possible to automatically process a deposit sent to a wrong address, and transactions confirmed in blockchain are not reversible. 

Receive your deposit

Once your funds reach ParamountDax, you will see a pending transaction, in the "Latest transactions" section.

The funds will be reflected on your balance shortly.
